TESTOHACKER™ is a digital educational system designed to deliver immediate access to proprietary health, performance, and lifestyle strategies. Due to the instant delivery of digital intellectual property, all purchases made through this platform are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for cancellation under standard circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following binding terms:

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to sensitive material upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

Change of mind
Lack of motivation or discipline
Time constraints
Claims of unfamiliarity with the content
Personal disagreements with the philosophy or tone of the system
Financial reasons

Once the product has been delivered (via email or download), you have full access to proprietary material, and therefore the transaction is considered final and non-reversible.

Limited Conditional Refund Clause

In extraordinary cases, a refund request may be considered if all the following strict conditions are met:

You must submit your request within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. No exceptions.
You must provide clear and verifiable evidence that you completed all mandatory modules, followed the full program, and executed the recommended actions as instructed.
You must include:
- Screenshots of your completed checklists or daily tracking logs
- A written explanation detailing why the system failed to produce any measurable improvement in your physical, mental, or energetic state
- Confirmation that no content was downloaded or distributed externally (subject to verification)

Refund requests that do not meet all of the above criteria will be automatically denied without exception.

Anti-Fraud & Abuse Notice

To protect against misuse of our content and brand, we actively monitor IP logs, download activity, and access timestamps. Any abuse, chargeback attempt, or fraudulent claim may result in:

Permanent revocation of access
Legal action under intellectual property laws
A formal report to your payment processor or bank for policy violation
